FROM THE NWI COYOTES
It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Coach Jesse, who dedicated the last three years to our football program—two years coaching the Heavyweights and a year with the Middleweights before that. His commitment, heart, and love for the kids left an impact that will not be forgotten.
Jesse’s family has been a part of our Coyote Family for years. Silas grew through our football program before playing for his a school team, and Olivia is now a third-year cheerleader. Please keep Sami, Olivia, Silas, and Kayden in your thoughts as they navigate this heartbreaking time.
To honor Coach Jesse:
• All 50/50 raffle proceeds from our next two home games will be donated to his family.
• We will also have a memorial shirt and sweater available (online & in person at our home games), with proceeds going directly to them. https://www.nwicoyotes.com
We will continue to share updates on services and other ways to support. Let’s rally together as a community to show Jesse’s family the same support and love he always gave our athletes.
In 2006 some courageous, driven individuals with a common vision for better youth tackle football got together and started planning what is now the NIFC. In 2007 that vision became a reality.
The NIFC was created in 2006 in efforts to bring a more positive experience to the youth in our communities. While football is a competitive sport, we believe that life lessons can be taught and learned through playing the game of football.
The NIFC currently has grown to a total of 16 great organizations that participate. We believe it is important to manage growth so that all athletes are provided a positive experience. We encourage organizations wishing to make a change to contact us as we are always looking for those who fit our philosophy.
The NIFC continues to provide a fun, safe, and competitive environment. Our philosophy is simple...."It's about the kids!"
