NIFC Board members serve 3 year terms in their given positions. These positions are nominated and voted on by non-probationary NIFC teams prior to taking office.
Anyone interested in playing a larger part in continuing the NIFC's contribution to area youth may speak to any board member for additional details.

Dan joined the NIFC Board in 2018 and currently serves as Commissioner, while also overseeing conference officials. He has coached multiple sports at several levels, from youth athletics through high school varsity. Dan has also been a football official since 2008 and earned a state finals assignment in 2023.

Andy and his wife, Stacey, live in Rockton, Illinois, where they have raised three children in the Hononegah Community School District. Andy has served his community in a variety of leadership roles, most notably as a board member of the Roscoe–Rockton Jr. Indians for more than 14 years. He currently serves as Vice Commissioner of the Northern Illinois Football Conference (NIFC).

Jason joined the NIFC Board in 2019, he oversees the finances and insurance for the Conference. He coached in the NIFC for 10 years with the Du-Pec Hornet and Du-Pec Junior Rivermen programs.

William Duval has been involved with the Northern Illinois Football Conference since 2021 and has served on the NIFC Board of Directors as Secretary since 2022, supporting conference operations and member programs.
He has also been a dedicated volunteer with the RRL Jr. Indians Football and Cheer Program in Roscoe since 2017, serving as Se

He has also been a dedicated volunteer with the RRL Jr. Indians Football and Cheer Program in Roscoe since 2017, serving as Secretary and Member at Large. A retired U.S. Army veteran, William brings a strong sense of service, teamwork, and commitment to youth football and the community.

Jon Erickson joined the NIFC Executive Board in 2024 and currently serves as the Head of Discipline. He has coached youth sports for over 25 years and is a past president of Belvidere Youth Football.

Luke Wagner has served on the NIFC Board for the past three years, where he oversees scheduling and standings, social media, and the conference website. He has been actively involved in youth sports for more than 20 years, coaching multiple sports and working to support young athletes and their families.

Steve Hamm has attended NIFC meetings for the past seven years and is currently in his second year serving on the Executive Board. He has also served as President of the GK Broncos for the past six years. In addition to football, he coaches basketball, baseball, and softball, reflecting his strong commitment to developing young athletes across multiple sports.

Sara joined the NIFC Board in 2026. She has also served on the boards of the Greater Freeport Partnership, the Highland Community College Foundation, the Freeport Phantoms, the Boys and Girls Club of Freeport, the Stephenson County Bar Association, and the P. Michael Mahoney Federal Bar Association.

Justin is in his first year serving on the Executive Board and his second year as a representative for the Du-Pec Hornets. This season will also mark his third year coaching within the organization.
